Actor/comedian Adam Ferrara is best known as Chief Needles Nelson on FX’s “Rescue Me”, NYPD Sgt. Frank Verelli, Edie Falco’s boyfriend on “Nurse Jackie”, and as co-host of the U.S. version of “Top Gear”.
Adam says he just remembers feelings of helplessness, confusion, and rage: “You wanted to get back at somebody but didn’t know what to hit”. Ferrara says he only began to process his feelings after finally being able to write a joke again.
