Shelli’s Quaratine Cooking Guacamole (adapted from Emeril)
Ingredients:
2 ripe mashed avocados
2 ripe cut-in-small-pieces plum tomatoes
1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped up. USE GLOVES.
¼ cup minced red onion
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
¼ cup chopped cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Mash all the ingredients together in a bowl using a fork or potato masher and blend til a bit chunky or the way you prefer.
Best eaten within 8 hours.
