Before closing out Tuesday's edition of The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon as the show's musical guest, the four members of Weezer lent their voices to a barbershop-style rendition of the band's 1994 hit "Buddy Holly."
Weezer front man Rivers Cuomo, guitarist Brian Bell, bassist Scott Shriner and drummer Patrick Wilson donned red, green and yellow-striped blazers and hats to join Fallon for a reprise of his show's Ragtime Gals a cappella bit.
A spectacle-less Cuomo took the lead on the first verse as the seven-man group harmonized through the first chorus.
Later in the show, Weezer performed the new single from its upcoming self-titled "black" album, "Living in L.A.," in which Shriner showed off his soaring falsetto for the second time in the evening.
Cuomo capped off the song and the show with a impressive guitar solo over the final bars of the chorus.
Weezer will celebrate its new album with an iHeartRadio Album Release party Thursday night at 8 p.m. at the iHeartRadio Theater in New York City.
