It stars non-actors in a story about a single African-American mom in a small Florida town, trying to prevent her 14 year old from following his imprisoned dad’s footsteps. Regina Williams (who has already won the Spirit acting award) and writer/director Antonio Mendez join me on Q104.3’s “Sonstein Sunday” at 6:55 am.
