The hottest ticket of 2018 in New York City so far was for charity.
The third annual Love Rocks NYC concert featured a lineup of Rock and Roll Hall of Famers and up-and-coming music stars with film and comedy legends all in one venue to raise $2 million for God's Love We Deliver.
Presented by fashion designer John Varvatos and God's Love We Deliver Trustee Greg Williamson, the star-studded concert was hosted by Whoopi Goldberg and featured performances by the likes of Keith Richards, Bill Gibbons, Norah Jones, Donald Fagen, Gary Clark Jr. and many others to honor the 33rd anniversary of the New York-based not-for-profit organization.
The $2 million mark raised this year by the March 15 concert at New York's legendary Beacon Theatre, topped last year's $1.5 million mark.
Love Rocks NYC has announced that next year's fundraiser will take place at the Beacon Theatre, March 7, 2019.
All proceeds from the concert directly benefit God’s Love We Deliver.
