The Humane Society sent 100 dogs from TX to St Hubert's in NJ. Please understand these dogs are adoptable dogs that were in TX shelters waiting to be adopted BEFORE Harvey hit. Sending them elsewhere makes room in the shelters for TX dogs so ultimately those dogs can be reunited with their families.
