Aerosmith has canceled its remaining 2022 concerts as Steven Tyler continues to deal with an undisclosed illness.

The band previously canceled performances in its 'Deuces Are Wild' anniversary residency in Las Vegas December 2 and 5 because Tyler was "feeling unwell and unable to perform."

Tyler expressed optimism that he would be able to make the band's final two shows this year, but a statement from Aerosmith released early Thursday morning called off the December 8 and 11 shows as well.

"We are so sorry to announce we are cancelling these last two Las Vegas shows," the statement read. "On the advice of doctors, Steven has to sit these out. Stay healthy and we'll see you in the new year!"

Aerosmith announced its 2022 Las Vegas residency for this past summer, but the band struggled to get rolling this year.

First, drummer Joey Kramer confirmed that he would not be joining the band at all this year to focus on his family. Then in May the band postponed the entire run to the fall after Tyler checked himself into rehab, explaining that he relapsed while recovering from foot surgery.
