A new film is intended to shed light on Prince's career, his activism and his personal life up until his death in April of 2016.

Titled Prince's Last Year, the film features contributions from the likes of Rev. Al Sharpton, George Clinton, CeeLo Green and others.

The singer was fiercely private throughout his career and little is known about his personal life. Prince's Last Year will bring to light new details about Prince's political activism, his music and his private struggle with opioid addiction.

Unfortunately, it might be a while until we get it in the U.S. A representative for the U.K.'s Channel 4 tells Variety, "[The film is] not being sold internationally," meaning at this time it's not expected to be shown outside the U.K.
