Interview: You Me at Six Discuss 'Night People,' Their Lifestyle on Tour and More!

England-based rock group You Me at Six dropped by a recent "Out of the Box" with Jonathan Clarke.

Josh, Max and Chris from the band discussed their new album, Night People, the ups and downs of touring and recording the new album at Blackbird Studios in Nashville, Tennessee.

The three praised Music City as a great place for artists and musicians, one which provided them plenty of inspiration and motivation. They crossed paths with a number of great artists while working at Blackbird, and they were mostly productive, save one day that was cut short "because one of us wiped chili in our eye and couldn't see," Max reveals.

"The best part was walking down that strip and there's always somebody playing music," Josh says of the city. "And there's always somebody telling a story onstage, which I just the beautiful thing about Nashville...It's all about the song and about the story."

The group also performed an intimate version of "Take On The World."
