Interview: Ded Explain Their Aesthetic, 'Misanthrope,' Fred Durst, Fresh Metal and More!


Arizona-based metal band Ded got off to a searingly hot start, making connections with alt-metal legends Korn and Fred Durst before releasing their first album.

That album, titled Misanthrope, is due out in July. Ded dropped by a recent edition "Out of the Box" with Jonathan Clarke.

The band addressed their unique horror-influenced aesthetic, their connection to the nu metal movement and what it was like having Durst direct the music video for "Anti-Everything."
