Mastodon guitarist Bill Kelliher and bassist/vocalist Troy Sanders recently dropped by Q104.3 New York for an interview on "Out of the Box" with Jonathan Clarke.
During the chat, the band talked about their relationship with Metallica, their three Grammy nominations and the making of their new album, Emperor of Sand.
After the interview was over, the vinyl version of Emperor of Sand showed up. Bill and Troy hadn't seen it in person yet, so they asked Jonathan if they could unwrap and examine the LP.
