Days after returning to Madison Square Garden on Friday to perform his first concert there since March of 2020, Billy Joel has announced his next milestone: the 80th monthly concert of his unprecedented franchise at the World's Most Famous Arena.
The 80th show of the Piano Man's residency will take place on Saturday, May 14, 2022. It will also mark his 126th lifetime performance at The Garden.
Citi cardmembers will have first access to presale tickets for the May 14 show from Tuesday, November 9 at 10:00AM (EST) through Thursday, November 11 at 10:00PM (EST) via www.citientertainment.com.
Tickets for the May show will be available for purchase by the general public beginning at 10:00AM (EST) on Friday, November 12. Due to congestion during the on-sale, it can be difficult to purchase tickets right away. Please continue to check Ticketmaster as tickets will be available throughout the day.
Madison Square Garden established Joel as its first ever musical franchise in December of 2013. Joel has sold out each of his monthly shows there since.
