Shelli’s Quarantine Cooking Roasted Asparagus With Garlic and Cheese

Ingredients:

One bunch fresh asparagus (keep in fridge for up to week by standing it up in a cup of water)

5 cloves minced garlic

Handful grated parm & romano cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:

Pre heat oven to 425.

Pam up a baking sheet.

After washing hands, cut up asparagus into one inch pieces and hand-mix with olive oil, garlic and grated cheese.

Bake 30 minutes til cheese and garlic are brown.

OMG- I ate the whole bunch!!!! Best veggie ever!! Worth the smelly pee!!
