Italian Priest Streams Entire Mass With Facebook Filters Active

We did a story a short time ago about a weather man doing a whole live report during a snow storm on his Facebook with the funny filters turned on. Well it has happened again but this time in a much more hilarious way.

With the coronavirus forcing parishioners to remain at home, Father Paolo Longo had a great idea. Live Stream Sunday’s mass on his Facebook!

He broke out his phone and he was live and direct from the Church of San Pietro and San Benedetto di Polla in Salerno, Italy. Unfortunately, Father Longo didn't realize that the Facebook filters were switched on, leading to viral hilarity. At different points during the service the priest was seen wearing a sci-fi helmet, a hat and sunglasses, and even lifting weights.

After mass had ended the Father went on his Facebook page and saw what had happened. Father Longo admitted, "Even a laugh is good."
