We all know the pizza rat from a few years ago.... the rat that dragged a slice of pizza up the stairs of the New York City subway. Well Tuesday's rain storm brought a new viral rat sensation. This time named the "flood rat."
The flood rat found a place to wait out the storm in the NYC subway as rain flooded the station. Captured on video by Reddit user JacksonCheeseburger at the 23rd Street 6 line station on Tuesday as a rat hugged a pillar in the subway station while water rushed around him. “His commute is just as f–ked as ours,” wrote Reddit user West Brighton.
