Radiohead is suing pop star Lana Del Rey over her new song "Get Free". Apparently it sounds very similar to alt-rock gods 1993 hit, "Creep". Rey confirmed the lawsuit in a tweet yesterday:
This isn't the first time an artist as sued over a similar sounding chord progression. We've been down this road before with Led Zeppelin, Tom Petty, Led Zeppelin again, Tom Petty again... But as one music expert pointed out, it's kind of hard to copyright a pretty standard chord progression:

Oh and just as an aside, Radiohead themselves were sued over "Creep" and now share the credits along with Albert Hammond and Mike Hazlewood of The Hollies, who are now listed as co-writers.
