If you listened to the radio in the 80s, there's no way you could avoid Bonnie Tyler's hit "Total Eclipse of the Heart". Well if you're one of the lucky people aboard Royal Caribbean's "Total Eclipse Cruise", not only will you be sailing into the path of totality, Bonnie will be aboard to sing her 1983 hit as the moon passes in front of the sun.
On Monday, we're (the station, not our show since we're already home at 2:44pm) playing "Dark Side of The Moon" as the partial eclipse passes NYC, crescendoing with the playing of Brain Damage/Eclipse. Maybe not as cool, but I'm excited.
