Led Zeppelin is rumored to be considering a reunion for this fall's Desert Trip 2017 in Indio, California.
The organizers of the inaugural Desert Trip festival reportedly offered Led Zeppelin $14 million for the band to reunite to play the massive festival last October. Now, with the promoters looking ahead, they have reportedly offered "millions & millions" for the band to grace a concert stage for the first time in over a decade, reports Feel Numb.
While Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and Jason Bonham have expressed openness to a reunion, Robert Plant has long been opposed for a variety of reasons.
Well, amid these rumors, we tried going to Robert Plant's official website only to find this...
What that means we don't know. But, boy, does it make us excited!
The Feel Numb report adds that Plant may have been swayed to do the reunion show because of the band's upcoming 50th anniversary.
Fingers crossed!
