The Pretty Reckless Enlist Tom Morello For New Song 'And So It Went'

The Pretty Reckless are gearing up to release their fourth studio album Death By Rock And Roll in just over a month, and recently gave fans another taste of what to expect with "And So It Went." The hard-hitting track features a scorching guitar solo by Tom Morello that picks up after the song's breakdown around the 2:35 mark.

Aside from the legendary guitarist, the song also features vocals from Maine Academy of Modern Music students. They join frontwoman Taylor Momsen during the last chorus. They said the world does not belong to you/ You are not the king, I am not the fool," they sing in unison. "They said the world does not belong to you/ It don’t belong to you/ It belongs to me.”

"And So It Went" is the fourth offering off Death By Rock And Roll, following "Broomsticks," "25," and the title track. Death By Rock And Roll is slated for a February 12 release. Listen to "And So It Went" below.

This isn't the only song Morello's lent his guitar slaying skills to lately.
