Shelli’s Quarantine Cooking Greek Yogurt Coleslaw

Ingredients:

4 cups shredded cabbage (pulse in food processor)

1 cup shredded carrots

2/3 cup 2 or 5% plain greek yogurt

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons of honey, warmed first for 15 seconds in microwave

½ teaspoon celery salt

Salt & pepper

Directions:

Combine carrots & cabbage in a large bowl and mix well.

Whisk the remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl and then add to veggies.

Toss until carrots and cabbage are well coated.

Best after 1-2 days in fridge.
