Quarantine Cooking Crispy Chicken Thighs
3 pounds boneless/skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion flakes
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Pre heat oven to 400.
Pam up a large baking sheets.
Pat dry chicken pieces with paper towels.
Place chicken on baking sheet and use hands or a brush to apply olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion flakes, Italian seasoning and paprika
Use hands to coat chicken with the spice mix.
Bake for 35-45 minutes. Turn at 20 minutes and drain liquid.
When almost done, flip over and broil for a couple minutes.
Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees minimum.
