This week on the award winning Sonstein Sunday:
4 years ago 18 year old Conrad Roy died after getting a slew of texts from his 17 year old girlfriend Michelle Carter encouraging him to commit suicide. Carter is currently serving a 15 month prison term for involuntary manslaughter but has taken her appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. Erin Lee Carr’s 2-part documentary about the case, “I Love You, Now Die,” is currently on HBO and its platforms. Erin joins Q104.3’s “Sonstein Sunday” at 6:55am
At 7:15am: 20 years ago Denise Ely was dying from an autoimmune liver disease. Her life was saved by a liver transplant. At 52 she began a new life, quitting Wall Street to become a registered nurse in Red Bank. Denise tells her story with Elisse Glennon of the NJ Sharing Network on Sonstein Sunday.
Listen to me every Sunday at 6:55 am on Q104.3, or anytime, on my Sonstein Sessions podcast on the iHeartRadio app!
