Sonstein Sunday: "Life and Nothing More," Reel Recovery Film Festival

This week on the award winning Sonstein Sunday:

“Life And Nothing More” is the most authentic movie you will see this year. It stars non-actors in a story about a single African-American mom in a small Florida town, trying to prevent her 14 year old from following his imprisoned dad’s footsteps. Regina Williams (who has already won the Spirit acting award) and writer/director Antonio Mendez join me on Q104.3’s “Sonstein Sunday” at 6:55 am.

And at 7:15: The 6th annual Reel Recovery Film Festival is on through November 8th at the Village East Cinema. Founder and recovering addict Leonard Buschel joins me.

Listen to me every Sunday at 6:55 am on Q104.3, or anytime, on my Sonstein Sessions podcast on the iHeartRadio app!
