Zayn is bringing sexy back with a sultry new record. On Thursday morning (October 18), the 25-year-old unleashed his latest track "Fingers," a certified bedroom banger filled with lust and temptation.
”F**ked and I want ya/ Looked and I love ya/ stuck now I need ya/ Hoping I'd see ya,” Zayn croons of an old flame over droning melodies on the Saltwives production. As the song advances, though, the heartthrob finds it even harder to articulate himself as he contemplates exposing his true feelings to a former lover over text messages, singing, "I've been f**ked and I want ya, I can't even text ya'/ Cause my fingers ain't working, but my heart is."
"Fingers" is the latest we've heard from the former One Direction member since he dropped a track with Timbaland called "Too Much" back in August. He previously released two others titled "Let Me" and "Sour Diesel" earlier this year as well.
He teased his newest offering with a video shared to Twitter last night. Additionally, the singer-songwriter expressed his interest in teaming up with Cardi B for a future collab, tweeting, "@iamcardib Yo I’ve gotta a sick tune if you wanna jump on it lemme know."
Z's second studio album, his follow up to 2016's Mind of Mine, is expected to arrive via RCA Records in the future. A release date has not been set.
