OZZY OSBOURNE IS USING TAI CHI TO HELP HIM PERFORM AGAIN!

Rock icon Ozzy Osbourne might be suffering with an ongoing spinal injury and Parkinson’s disease, but he’s doing all he can to get back on the road. The Black Sabbath legend recently revealed he’s taken up an old martial art form to help him heal up.

Tai chi, often thought of as “meditation in motion,” fuses slow movement with relaxation, breathing and mental focus. “It’s good for balance,” admitted Osbourne, whose 2019 fall aggravated an old bike injury from 2003. “It’s a new adventure.”

Meanwhile, Ozzy’s wife Sharon Osbourne is keeping busy with plans to open an Ozzy-themed museum in the rocker’s hometown of Birmingham, England. Sharon recently told children Jack and Kelly that Ozzy is “having all of his awards (in the museum), all his stage clothes, posters, old posters.” The First Lady of Black Sabbath also revealed the museum will “totally interactive.”

By the way, Ozzy never stops! He's working on another solo album after just doing two.
