Shelli’s Quarantine Cooking Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
2 whole pork tenderloins
9 cloves of garlic, sliced or minced
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
¾ lemon juiced
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon molasses
Directions for marinade:
Combine all ingredients, including the pork, into a large ziplock bag.
Marinate for 4-8 hours. (I like to turn the bag over every hour or so.)
To grill:
Place pork tenderloins onto the grill, indirect heat.
Grill for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 degrees.
In oven:
Pre-heat to 400 degrees.
Pam up a baking tray.
Place the tenderloins on the tray, cook 18-20 minutes until the internal temperature is 145 degrees.
