Shelli’s Quarantine Cooking Garlicky Roasted Chicken Thighs
So easy, inexpensive, and just a few ingredients!!!
Ingredients:
6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
8-12 cloves chopped up garlic
Some salt & pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.
Pam up baking sheet.
Place unwashed but patted-dry thighs in bowl and add the other ingredients.
Mix with your freshly washed hands, fully coating the chicken.
Place chicken on sheet pan and cook 20 minutes, flipping half-way, until meat thermometer reads 165.
You can also BBQ on the grill if preferred.
