This week on the award winning Sonstein Sunday:
“The Mustang” gets a rare 100% on Rotten Tomatoes. It’s the first full-length film directed by Laure De Clermont-Tonnerre, centered on the real life program at a Nevada prison, which teams angry, violent inmates with wild mustangs. It’s such a beautiful film. Bruce Dern gives it some humor. Connie Britton is the prison psychiatrist and Matthias Schoenaerts (“Far From The Madding Crowd”) is amazing in the starring role. Robert Redford loved Laure’s script so much, he executive-produced. Laure joins me on Q104.3 at 6:55am.
And at 7:15am: “People” magazine’s sexiest man alive, Idris Elba, makes his directorial debut in “Yardie,” based on his favorite childhood book. Aml Ameen (“The Maze Runner” & ”The Butler”) stars and will be in studio with me.
