Shelli is the shows fitness guru. You regularly hear Shelli talk about her hill climbs, her bike rides, and all the kayaaaaaaaaaking she does. Well we found out this morning what it takes for Jim to get his heart rate up. Jim decided to enjoy the beautiful day yesterday and venture out of his apartment for the first time in awhile.
