The rumor mill is turning regarding a possible Beatles reunion between Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr. Showbiz 411 is reporting that David Letterman's people are trying to get McCartney and Starr to perform together on the "Late Show With David Letterman" during the week of Feb. 3 through Feb. 7.

Letterman tapes at the Ed Sullivan Theather where the Beatles made their historic American debut on Feb. 9, 1964. This year will mark the 50th anniversary of their American debut and CBS has big plans to celebrate the historic date.

CBS is already planning to tape a TV special called “The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute To The Beatles" that will air on Feb. 9 at 8pm. The network is now reportedly trying to make the partial Beatles reunion happen during Letterman's week of special Beatles themed shows with Friday, Feb. 7th being the most likely date, according to Showbiz 411.
