Some people (me included) like to complain about daylight saving time. The night people are stealing an hour from us day people. But really it's not that big of a deal, is it? It's an hour people. It's not like you were going to use that hour for going to the gym.

But some studies show that it might just be a big deal. Not having that light when you wake up could make you feel fatigued. And other studies show that the first Monday after daylight saving time is one of the highest for car accidents.

It can even screw with your mental state, making you think it's opposite day. Eh, Rob Ford?

So maybe it is a big deal after all.
