Knicks point guard Raymond Felton has been arrested on gun charges.

The Daily News says Felton has been hit with second and third degree criminal possession of a weapon, both felonies.  He's also facing a misdemeanor charge of fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Felton turned himself into police just before 1 o'clock Tuesday morning.  He was questioned at the 20th precinct in Manhattan and is expected to appear in court later in the day.

This comes after the Knicks lost to the Dallas Mavericks Monday night at Madison Square Garden.  Felton played 34 minutes in the game, scoring 8 points and handing out 7 assists.

The Knicks are off until Thursday when they play the Miami Heat.

Felton is going through a divorce after 19 months of marriage.
